What we can help with
- Corrections. A specification that does not match the source, arithmetic that does not add up, a manufacturer that has revised a published figure. We aim to respond and correct within seven days, and material corrections are noted at the foot of the page with the date and what changed.
- Specifications we missed. If a manufacturer publishes a figure we have recorded as Not published, tell us where. Those gaps are genuine research limits, not decisions, and we would like to close them.
- Machines to cover. Particularly ones whose makers publish a real specification table, since those are the ones we can write about properly.
- Anything about how this site works. The method is published on the methodology page and the funding on the disclosure page. If either is unclear, that is worth telling us too.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty claims and repairs. We are not a manufacturer, a retailer or a service agent. Your machine's maker is the right contact, and they hold the service documentation.
- Diagnosing a specific broken machine. We have written up the common faults in troubleshooting, and beyond that we would only be guessing about a machine we cannot see.
- Product placement. We take no sponsored placements and accept no free units, so there is nothing to discuss. This is not a negotiating position.
- Medical or dental questions. There is a page about ice and teeth on this site and it is deliberate about where it stops.
Why there is no phone number or address
Nugget Report is a national publication with no premises, no phone line and no service area. Publishing an address or a number we do not have would be exactly the kind of invented detail this site exists to avoid, so there is one email address and it is the one above.
It is also why you will not find local-business markup anywhere on this site. There is no local business to mark up.
