1. What this site is

Nugget Report is an independent publication about nugget and countertop ice makers. It is editorial content and general information. It is not professional advice, it is not a manufacturer's documentation, and it is not a substitute for the manual that came with your machine.

2. Accuracy, and its limits

• Always check the manual and the retail listing for your specific model before buying or relying on a figure.
• Where sources disagree, we publish both and name the discrepancy rather than resolving it silently. Both figures being published means both exist, not that we have verified which is right.
• Where we could not source a figure, the page says Not published. That is a statement about the manufacturer's documentation, not a guarantee that the figure does not exist somewhere we did not find.
• We have not tested any of the products described on this site, and no page here should be read as a claim that we have.

3. Prices and availability

Prices shown on this site come from an automated feed and are stamped with the date they were checked. Anything older than 48 hours is suppressed. Prices and availability at the retailer change constantly and the retailer's own listing is always authoritative.

4. Affiliate relationships

This site earns commission on purchases made through its links, at no additional cost to you. That is disclosed above the first affiliate link on every commercial page and in full on the disclosure page. We take no sponsored placements and accept no free products.

5. Safety and appliance use

The maintenance and troubleshooting content on this site describes general procedures for a category of appliance. Your machine's own manual takes precedence over anything here, particularly on cleaning chemicals, which vary by manufacturer and can affect warranty cover.

• Always unplug an appliance before cleaning or investigating it.
• Do not open a sealed refrigeration system. Nothing on this site asks you to, and no ice is worth an injury.
• Use only cleaning and descaling products your manufacturer permits.
• If an appliance is hot at the plug, smells burnt, or shows any sign of electrical damage, stop using it and get a qualified opinion.

6. No warranty

This site is provided as is. We make no warranty that the information is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on it. Purchasing decisions are yours, and the manufacturer and retailer are responsible for the product they sell you.

7. Links to other sites

We link to manufacturer documentation, government data and retailers. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this one.

8. Intellectual property

The written content, analysis, tables and design of this site belong to Nugget Report. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, and you may not use it to train a model that reproduces it as though it were unsourced fact.

Manufacturer names, model numbers and trademarks belong to their owners and are used here to identify products for the purpose of review and comparison.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers, or submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful or abusive. The form exists so people can report corrections, and we would like to keep it open.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
